About Purchase

1.Can you tell me the complete shopping process?

2.Can I pay in cash?

No, we only support pay online and do not support cash on delivery.

4.What can I do if my payment fail?

Usually, the payment failure is due to the slow internet speed, so you can try again. If the payment status changes into "Processing", it means that the transaction is successful. If it fails again, please check your credit card information and personal information.

5.Why are the products in my shopping cart is unavailable at checkout?

That's because the product has no stock. In that case, you will receive a message on the page that "This item is unavailable" and you can remove the product from your shopping cart. Because our products are destocked in real time, you can only own it after you complete the payment.

Note:We will ship the goods from the nearest warehouse according to your address. Usually, the goods will be delivered within 1-3 business days after you place the order, but the remote areas and countries should refer to the actual logistics timeliness.

1.How do I set my shipping address?

Since our website and service are based on English, all the information that you typed in is required to be English input method, including punctuations. If certain letters of your address contain Non-English letters, you are advised to use the similar English ones instead. For example, you may change letter "?" to "c".

2.Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Please be advised that your shipping address cannot be revised after the order has been processed or shipped. Kindly update your shipping address to your residential address instead of your vocational address as we do not know how long the destination's customs department will have the package on hold.

3.When will my order arrive?

The delivery time is based on the shipping option that you have chosen. Once the order has shipped, we will email your tracking information on the next day as tracking information generally becomes available 24 hours after we have shipped the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.

About refund

When the returned item is successfully returned to the warehouse, we will begin to arrange a refund for you.

2.How do I apply for reimbursement for return shipping?

Return Process:

5.Waiting for a refund: It takes about 30 working days for the goods to be returned to the warehouse. We will arrange a refund for you after we receive the item and confirm that it meets the return policy. The refund will be refunded to your original payment account. The average processing time for refunds is 1-3 business days.

Exchange Process:

1.Find the order you need to be exchanged, click the [Exchange] button.

2.Select another item you want and select [Exchange reason] in the menu. We will create a replacement order for you in the same way as your previous order. If your address does not support door-to-door exchange, please return the original item within 30 days according to the exchange mailing address.

3.The default exchange address is your shipping address. We are unable to provide you with a exchange service for the replacement address. The exchange is a replacement for the same item. (replacement of different models of the same item is not supported).
